Caroline discovered yoga in 2016 thanks to the advice of a friend to balance her stressful Parisian life: it was a revelation!
After setting up a regular practice, she wished to deepen her knowledge and trained in Sivananda Yoga at the Ashram of Orléans.

It is during this first training that she discovers the logical philosophy that fascinates her and reinforces her interest and curiosity for the practice of Hatha Yoga. She then made the choice to continue her training at the Sivananda center in Paris next to her job as a nurse.
Her thirst for knowledge then led her to Ashtanga, which she began practicing at AYP for a year before investing in faculty training with Gerard Disse and Linda Munro during which she became passionate about adjustments, postural alignment and teaching.
She will then join the M-Yoga Paris team where she took great pleasure in sharing her practice while gaining valuable experience and nourishes herself with transformative encounters, notably with Mathieu Boldron with whom she continues to train.
Arrived in Polynesia in 2025, she conciliates several jobs as nurse, diving instructor, and yoga teacher! Caroline was notably able to organize internships there in collaboration with Eleuthera diving around breathing and relaxation. She also intervened within the association Vai Ma Noa with children in difficulty to support the management of their emotions.
Ashtanga yoga
Ashtanga Yoga is a dynamic style of yoga developed in the 20th century in India by K. Pattabhi Jois in Mysore. He is inspired by the teachings of his teacher Tirumalai Krishnamacharya, a major figure in modern yoga.
The practice is based on series of fixed postures, executed in a precise order and synchronized with breathing (vinyasa). This system aims to purify the body, strengthen vitality and develop concentration. Traditionally, Ashtanga is practiced according to the so-called Mysore method, where students learn the sequence gradually at their own pace, under the guidance of the teacher.
Over the decades, Ashtanga Yoga has spread worldwide and strongly influenced many modern styles of yoga, including Vinyasa Flow practices. Even today, the city of Mysore remains an emblematic place for practitioners coming to deepen this demanding and meditative discipline.
Every weekend Caroline will guide you in learning this discipline with a modern and accessible approach.
