"Movement always have been part of my life"

Cindy started experimenting movement through dance since her youngest age : contemporary, ballet, jazz, hiphop... she followed the exploration until doing this for living !

During her dance study, her yoga practice became more regular and she discovered Pilates.

Whether it is to strengthen her muscle, stretching or relaxing : both of this disciplines quickly became essential to her routine.

After a few years of practice, most of it self-taught, she decided to bring it to the next level.

In 2017 she went to Chamonix, following the Yoga Alliance RYT200 with Mariza Yoga. This is during this training that her will to teach appeared.

So she kept training with the Pilates MatWork program of BASI Pilates in the studio The Movement Practice in Amsterdam.

In 2018 she moved to French Polynesia. She's now offering Yoga et Pilates classes, private or in group, with the following goals : relaxation and well-being of students !
