Yoga and more
Originally derived from Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, natural mobility is the art of moving the way the body truly enjoys moving: walking, squatting, rotating, crawling, getting up, exploring space… without performance, without pressure, and without “shoulds.”
Through simple, playful and accessible movements, natural mobility helps restore ease, fluidity and freedom in the body, while strengthening the joints and improving posture. It encourages curiosity, body awareness and the joy of movement — a bit like when we were kids (just with more awareness ).
Accessible to everyone, natural mobility perfectly complements yoga. It invites you to explore, feel and move differently, for a more available body… and a lighter mind.
