Born in Chicago with a Thai heritage, Trina’s moto is to live as many lives in one lifetime as possible. Prior to moving to Moorea, Trina has held various corporate positions across the globe. Most recently she worked for LinkedIn where she was a part of the Mindfulness at Work Program, leading weekly meditation sessions for employees across North America.

Trina first discovered yoga in 2014 while working as the French Tech startup. It was a means for her to stay sane after long days at in the office. After the birth of her first child, she decided to leave her 15 year career to concentrate on her health and complete her RYT 200 teacher training. Her practice is now an essential way for her to connect with the body’s intelligence. During her classes, she challenges students to step outside the mind and fully into the experience of the body while having a little fun.

Let children explore movement through yoga

Trina offers to guide your children in Kids yoga events or parent-child workshops.

These sessions always offer a space to laugh, move, breathe and create beautiful memories together. On the program: fun and accessible duo exercises, a playful discovery of asanas (postures) suitable for young and old alike, dynamic yoga games to warm up, concentration exercises to cultivate calm and attention and simple and playful breathing practices, a gentle work on stability, coordination, and mobility

The discovery of primal movements (crawling, rolling, balancing) and adapted yoga postures accompany your children in the development of strength, coordination but also their confidence, concentration, and sense of listening, while cultivating a gentle and joyful relationship with them-same and by developing your mutual trust and complicity!
