Mat & More Mo'orea teachers guide different types of yoga to offer you the practice that suits you best!
• Vinyasa Yoga is a dynamic and fluid practice, where each movement follows the rhythm of the breath.
• Yoga'Sculpt is a mix of yoga and Pilates, to strengthen deep muscles and improve posture.
• Slow Flow Yoga is a gentle and slow practice, ideal for releasing tensions and soothing the mind at the end of the day!
• Yin Yoga is a gentle practice where each posture is held for several minutes with the help of support in order to give the body time to completely relax and ensure an intense and deep stretch.

Come in a comfortable outfit and with a bottle of water for your practice.
If your class takes place outside, it may be prudent to plan for sunscreen and mosquito repellent for evening sessions.
Yoga mats and the necessary accessories for the session are provided. You might also bring your own props if you have it.
Provide a large towel or a sarong to protect the mats from sand or soil for classes that take place outdoors.
You can choose the location of your private session.
It is possible to meet in different emblematic places of Mo'orea: beaches, hotels, gardens or partner studios (Sofitel Ia Ora, Manava Beach Resort, Cook’s Bay Hotel, etc.) or in your accommodation!
As soon as the weather allows it, we encourage you to schedule an outdoor session, to fully enjoy the exceptional natural setting of the island.

When the weather does not allow outdoor practice for a weekly class, classes are moved to a hall or to a sheltered location. The session takes place whatever happens!
For events scheduled outside, they can be canceled or postponed. If you have registered, you will receive a message 30 minutes before the start of the event, at the latest.
