Nathalie has been practicing yoga for about ten years. Former head of company, she discovers in this practice a real support in her professional daily life, allowing her to find emotional balance and anchoring.

Over time, yoga becomes obvious and leads him to choose a life change, driven by the benefits of this discipline on all levels.
She trained in Sivananda yoga at the Orleans Ashram (Yoga Teacher Training 300h), then continued to deepen her knowledge, particularly in anatomy and in the study of yoga principles.
Today, she offers a practice guided by the breath, without seeking performance, where everyone is invited to listen to their body, reconnect with their sensations and evolve at their own pace.
Settled in Tahiti where she offers weekly sessions, she has lived several years in Moorea, an island that is dear to her and where she likes to return regularly, especially to meet you on the mat with Mat&More - Mo'orea!
Yoga Sivananda
Inspired by Asian energy practices such as Qi Gong and modern forms of dynamic yoga, the "dragon dance" is part of a free and intuitive approach to movement.
Popularized in contemporary yoga through creative flows similar to Vinyasa Yoga, it draws on the idea of continuous fluidity, where each gesture is born from the previous one, like a natural undulation of the body. Symbol of power, flexibility and circulation of energy, the dragon here becomes a metaphor for living movement.
Integrated into the practice of yoga, this approach brings a fluid, creative and deeply energizing dimension. She invites us to free ourselves from frozen sequences in order to explore a more instinctive gesture, by synchronizing breathing and movement. Halfway between meditation in movement and bodily exploration, it stimulates the circulation of energy, strengthens mobility and develops the presence to oneself.
The practice then becomes a sensitive and immersive experience, where each sequence is transformed into a dance, offering at the same time vitality, anchoring and letting go.
