Pilates teacher, Marine will accompany you with kindness through a gentle and dynamic practice.

After training in Pilates at Balanced Body at the A-lyne studio in Paris, she chose to continue this adventure in Moorea, with the desire to share an approach centered on well-being and listening to oneself.

 

His courses in MatWork (yoga'sculpt) invite you to reconnect with your body, your breath and your sensations, while respecting the rhythm of each person.

 

Convinced that quality takes precedence over quantity, she emphasizes body awareness, precision and the pleasure of movement. Each session is thought of as a moment for oneself: strengthening the body, regaining energy, while challenging oneself 😉.

Pilates method

Pilates is an ideal method to regain a strong, aligned and balanced body—whatever your level.

Developed at the beginning of the 20th century by Joseph Pilates, this gentle but deeply effective practice works primarily on the center of the body (the "core" or "powerhouse": abdominals, back, pelvic floor), for a solid anchoring from which everything else is released. Each movement is slow, precise, conscious—accompanied by guided breathing that amplifies the benefits and reconnects you to your body from within.

Over the sessions, you gain mobility, muscle tone and coordination, while relieving daily tensions. Whether you are convalescing, sedentary, athletic or simply looking for well-being, Pilates adapts to you—and that is the magic of this method.
