Group sessions are offered each week:
- On Mondays, 7:30 to 9 am – Vinyasa Yoga: start the week with a dynamic and fluid session, ideal for waking up the body and boosting energy. This course, which combines strength, flexibility and breathing, is perfect for those who like to take on challenges and progress in their practice.
- On Wednesdays, from 7:30 to 8:30am – Yoga'Sculpt: a session combining yoga postures and muscle building. Through targeted routines, tone and sculpt your body while improving your endurance and balance. A perfect balance between well-being and intensity!
All sessions take place on the hotel’s beach, a soothing setting where nature becomes your yoga studio. Imagine yourself, feet anchored in the fine sand, gaze lost in the turquoise shades of the lagoon, breathing deeply the sea air... A real invitation to relax and reconnect with yourself.
