Joanna has been an osteopath and yoga teacher on Mo'orea since 2024.

What she likes above all is to understand the body, the movement, what makes us feel good... or sometimes a bit stuck.

Her approach to yoga is quite simple: move, breathe, release tension and learn to listen better to your body.

Her job as an osteopath helps him a lot to guide practices with real attention paid to mobility, feelings and what everyone needs.

No need to be flexible or "good at yoga": the intention in her practice is above all to take a moment for yourself, reconnect with your body and leave feeling a little better than when you arrived.

Yoga and osteopathy

Yoga and osteopathy form a naturally complementary duo.

Where osteopathy works deeply to release tension, rebalance structures and restore tissue mobility, yoga takes over in everyday life to maintain that balance — through movement, breath and body awareness.

One treats, the other sustains : together, they guide the body toward lasting freedom, addressing both the root causes of discomfort and the daily habits that keep them alive.
