At Mat&More – Mo’orea, we are committed to offering adapted sessions that combine movement, breathing and listening to the body so that everyone can find balance and serenity.
A three-part course: Connection, Movement, Relaxation
Each session begins with a time of relaxation and concentration, allowing everyone to refocus, to free themselves from accumulated tensions and to enter smoothly into the practice. This moment of anchoring is essential to prepare the body and mind for the succession of postures and the synchronization of the breath.
Next comes the heart of the session, where we explore the classic asanas (postures) of Hatha Yoga. With her experience as a dancer, Cindy offers a physical and moving approach to yoga, guiding her students through fluid and accessible transitions. She likes to bring everyone to a series of different postures, introducing even for beginners short sequences of Vinyasa, where breath and movement become one. A perfect blend of anchoring and dynamism, which allows everyone to feel the energy of yoga and touch this great feeling of meditation in motion.
Finally, the session ends with a return to calm, with stretches and passive postures, promoting relaxation and integration of the benefits of the practice. A final moment of relaxation invites you to completely release the tensions and to leave calm and ready to continue your day in the best possible way.

Yoga sculpt
Yoga'Sculpt is a hybrid discipline, born from Cindy’s experience in dance, Yoga and Pilates. Combining muscle building, breathing and mobility, this practice is ideal for those who wish to develop a strong and balanced body while improving their flexibility and general well-being.
Each one-hour session combines key elements for comprehensive and effective work:
Specific breathing techniques: intercostal and hypopressive breaths, essential to strengthen the abdominal strap in depth and improve body support.
Targeted muscle building: repeated exercises to tone the postural muscles, including the abdominal belt and back for better stability.
Fluid sequences of certain yoga postures to work joint mobility, promote relaxation and allow deep relaxation at the end of the session.
